Dr. John Wanamaker joined the Department of Otolaryngology at the DC VA Medical Center in 2017. He was appointed to the Department of Otolaryngology at Georgetown University Medical Center as Assistant Professor of Clinical Otolaryngology.  Dr. Wanamaker received his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University and completed his otolaryngology residency at the Cleveland Clinic. He then completed a head and neck fellowship at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Wanamaker’s current focus is in general otolaryngology and his special interests include laryngology, sino-nasal disorders and medical student and resident education.
