Timothy DeKlotz, MD is a board-certified, fellowship-trained skull base surgeon. After completing residency at Georgetown, he worked in private practice (San Diego, CA) for a year prior to fellowship at UPMC and rejoined the department in 2014. He works closely with the Department of Neurosurgery and is a member of the Skull Base Center team at both Georgetown and Washington Hospital Center offering comprehensive care for all cranial base disorders.
His particular interests are in endoscopic approaches to the skull base and treatment of sinonasal tumors (benign and malignant). He is also an active member of the Head & Neck Cancer team, managing the spectrum of head and neck oncologic disease.
